We're sorry to hear that your confirmation hasn't been received. Typically, email confirmations arrive within 10 minutes of your booking going through successfully.
Here's a few tips :
- Please check we have your most recent email address. If you have an existing account, the email address will be the one you set the account with. If your email address has changed, please give us a call and we can update your email address, and resend the email confirmation.
- As your email confirmation contains a PDF attachment, some email settings may send our emails to junk or spam folders, so please do check there. Your E tickets may well land there too.
- Your confirmation and purchase history can also be accessed via your online account, click here
